The Atis 50 is an automatic orbital wrapping machine designed for horizontal stretch film packaging.
This wrapper ensures packaging, bundling, and protection of long products for automated lines or other productions such as moldings, aluminum bars, tubes, shutters, flat-pack furniture, and more.
The Atis 50 machine’s flexibility allows it to wrap products of various lengths, diameters, and shapes without any adjustments.
Products automatically enter the wrapping ring via a motorized conveyor; a photoelectric sensor detects the product, and the machine begins wrapping it with stretch film.
Finally, the downstream motorized conveyor removes the fully wrapped product.
