Description  

Rotary arm

• Recommended pallet dimensions: 1000 mm x 1200 mm (maximum 1200 mm x 1200 mm).
• Made of welded steel, fixed to the horizontal rotary arm.
• Rotation speed adjustable via frequency inverter from 7 to 11 rotations per minute.
• Acceleration and deceleration ramp controlled by frequency inverter.
• Driven by gear motor with brake and chain.

• Made of aluminum.
• Usable wrapping height: 2,000 mm (optional 2,400 mm).
• Carriage travel speed: variable from 2.6 to 6 m/min.
• Driven by gear motor and toothed belt.
• Wrapping height adjustment: automatic via photocell or manually set by the operator (altimeter function excluding the photocell).
• Minimum lower position adjustment by mechanical cam.

Fixed and controlled motorized PGS pre-stretch carriage

• Fixed motorized film pre-stretch at 250% standard (150% and 200% optional with different gear sets).
• The film pre-stretch function guarantees significant film savings—up to over 50% compared to traditional mechanical brake carriages.

Available in versions:

MASTERWRAP PLUS XL or MASTERWRAP PLUS XL H2400, the difference between the two lies in the usable mast height (standard version = 2000 mm, H2400 version = 2400 mm).
