We give young students the chance to do internships or work-study placements with us. We hold regular interviews to ensure that our employees feel comfortable and that they have everything they need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We encourage our employees to progress because we believe in internal growth: by developing their jobs and simplifying daily tasks, we make work more collective and eliminate repetitive tasks whenever possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column p-2 has-white-background-color has-background is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Job-related training courses are offered to enable employees to update their skills for the benefit of the company as well as their personal culture. 90% of our staff are trained in first-aid techniques, and this training is automatically offered to new arrivals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are equipped with a defibrillator on our premises: the survival rate from cardiac arrest in France is 2 to 3%; it is 4 to 5 times higher in countries where public places are equipped with automated external defibrillators and the population is trained in life-saving techniques.
